Find a Publisher

Publishing in Western Australia and the rest of the nation ranges from self-publishers through author-contribution publishers to commercial publishers. Most publishers in Australia are headquartered in the eastern states. The Centre's Literati database lists WA publishers. Our Links page will also connect you to several publishers' websites.
If you want to contact publishers in the eastern states, you can purchase the Queensland Writers' Centre's excellent Australian Writers' Marketplace or check the National Library's list of publishers.

Find a writer or editor

writingWA maintains a database of writers, editors and other toilers in the fields of literature who are available for manuscript assessment, co-writing and other forms of assistance to writers. Also available are the names of published writers experienced in working with writers groups and school students. Go to our Literati page and search for what you want.
